The Senior Product Operations Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of day-to-day scoring and reporting operational processes and product management activities in support of scoring services for multiple programs.

The role emphasizes high-stakes assessment scoring operations with strong analytics, process improvement, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with concentration in business analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is necessary.
• Experience with high-stakes assessment scoring operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute scoring and reporting processes across multiple programs.
• Monitor scoring platforms and staffing to maintain required SLAs.
• Train and use systems for resolution and scoring/reporting functions (IMS, ONE, eSKM, TOMS, IDMS, EREG).
• Manage weekend/evening scoring activities as needed.
• Travel domestically or internationally to support scoring activities for up to 3 weeks.
