Job summary

isolved is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the ATS team. This role is ideal for professionals transitioning from business analysis into product management, or those early in their PM career seeking broader impact.

You will work with Engineering, UX, QA, and Product leadership to translate business needs into valuable product solutions, build your skills in strategy, roadmap execution, and customer-centric decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating detailed technical user stories and use cases.
• 3+ years in Product Management and backlog management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, AirFocus, and Agile methods.
• Interest in AI tools for analysis, prototyping, or requirements generation.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, priorities, and quarterly objectives for the ATS.
• Refine backlog, write user stories, and plan sprints with engineering.
• Create early concepts with AI tools and Figma documentation.
• Document and refine user stories, BRD, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with UX and QA to review designs and validate functionality.
• Assist in release readiness, docs, and internal enablement.
• Participate in customer discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
