Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions seeks a Product Owner/Product Manager to own enterprise product backlogs and translate business needs into actionable user stories for frontend and backend teams. You will drive prioritization, dependencies, and delivery with cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid Saint Louis setup.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in product ownership or product management on enterprise platforms.
• Experience managing large-scale backlogs (100+ requirements) across multiple teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and backlog management (Jira preferred).
• Experience with data processing platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, or streaming architectures.
• Understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture concepts.
• Experience managing distributed/offshore teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and using AI tools in work setting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog across an enterprise-scale requirement set.
• Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize based on phase dependencies, critical path, and business value.
• Coordinate cross-POD dependencies across backend and UI teams.
• Track phase exit criteria and elevate when delivery is at risk.
• Serve as primary interface between development team and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning and execution.
