Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead on a contract basis for the Seattle Premium Outlet. The role leads store product operations, inventory management, and BOH organization while supporting guest experience and floor operations.

You will input to hiring decisions, supervise on duty shifts, and align inventory actions with store strategy. The position emphasizes teamwork, training, and driving performance in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
