Responsibilities

Own account provisioning end-to-end during your shift for demo accounts booked by the GTM team.
Fix and resolve flagged account issues as they come in.
Monitor the provisioning-issues channel during your shift and escalate when needed.
Use AI tools, including Claude-based automation, to work efficiently.
Hand off cleanly to the core hours team at the end of your shift.
