• Own end-to-end account provisioning during your shift, setting up demo accounts for GTM demos.
• Fix and resolve flagged account issues as they arise.
• Monitor the provisioning-issues channel during your shift and escalate when needed
• Utilize AI tools, including Claude-based automation, to improve efficiency
• Hand off cleanly to the core hours team at shift end.
