Responsibilities

• Own critical operations: Manage billions of dollars in real crypto and fiat transfers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design workflows and systems to scale our innovative products.
• Analyze customer issues, data trends, and implement improvements.
• Learn bleeding-edge tech: blockchain, stablecoins, and enterprise crypto technologies.
• Handle the unexpected to deliver the best possible experience to our customers.
