Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a Product Specialist for our Indianapolis outlet to identify high-value items for eCommerce and support outlet operations. You will assist with donations, pricing, displays, and customer service while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

The role requires adapting to a production environment with daily quotas and a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in store or online settings.
• Knowledge of antiques, designer products, and collectibles.
• Ability to learn promotions and customer programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value items from blue bins for eCommerce.
• Set up glass case displays and price tagged merchandise.
• Record items in inventory log.
• Answer customer questions about location, price, and use.
• Move and arrange furniture; assist with donations and clean work area.
• Ring up orders and follow cash handling procedures.
