Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist to work in a retail location, helping the store management team reach online and in-store goals.

You will identify, select, and forward high-value items to the eCommerce facility while supporting other store duties as needed. Responsibilities include evaluating donations for value, preparing products for online posting, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; capability and past experience matter.
• Customer focus and high service standards are essential.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, written, and digital channels.
• Teamwork is important for assisting store management and colleagues.
• Technical knowledge of G Suite, MS Office, databases, and web navigation.

Responsibilities

• Search incoming donations for high-value merchandise.
• Process and organize products for eCommerce and in-store displays.
• Complete all required training to support online sales goals.
• Maximize online posting percentage while maintaining high average ticket.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Hit budgeted targets and contribute to store performance.
