Goodwill Legacy Group in Indianapolis is seeking a ShopGoodwill Product Specialist to support store operations and drive online sales growth. The role involves identifying high-value items, selecting them for eCommerce, and assisting the management team to achieve store goals.

The position is full-time with an hourly rate of $14. The candidate will work inside the retail location, participate in training, and help maximize online posting while sustaining a strong average ticket.

Qualifications

• No degree required; ability to contribute through experience and learning.
• Customer focus and teamwork are essential.
• Strong communication across verbal and written forms.
• Technical skills with G Suite, MS Office, and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Search incoming donations for high-value merchandise.
• Process and organize products for eCommerce and in-store showcases.
• Complete all required training to support online sales goals.
• Maximize online posting percentage while maintaining a high average ticket.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
