Job summary

The Outlet ShopGoodwill Product Specialist at 6650 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46241 supports the growth of Goodwill's online sales by selecting high-value items for the eCommerce facility and assisting outlet leaders to meet site goals.

Daily duties include processing items from blue bins, setting up displays, tagging prices, answering customer questions, handling donations, and performing cashiering if needed. The role is production- and safety-focused with quotas.

Qualifications

• No degree or credential required.
• Retail experience across merchandising, selling, cashiering, inventorying, and stocking.
• Industry knowledge of antiques and designer products is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of G Suite, MS Office, databases, and internet navigation.
• Results-oriented with ability to prioritize multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value items from blue bins for eCommerce and forward to the online facility.
• Set up glass displays and tag/pricing for merchandise.
• Answer customers' questions on location, price and use of merchandise.
• Assist with donations and maintain a clean, organized work area; balance drawer when cashing.
• Move and stage furniture for sale and meet daily production quotas.
