Job summary

Principle Business Enterprises, Inc. (PBE) seeks a Product Marketing Specialist to bridge Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Ecommerce.

You will translate product strategies into compelling customer value propositions and develop go-to-market plans to drive adoption across our healthcare-focused portfolio. The role focuses on the Tranquility incontinence line (≈95%) with some Pillow Paws footwear support (≈5%), shaping messaging and enablement tools to accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, product management, business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in product marketing, category management, product management, sales enablement, or related commercial functions.
• Experience supporting product launches, commercialization efforts, or go-to-market initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing creative development, digital experiences, agency relationships, and marketing programs.
• Strong ability to develop product messaging, positioning, and customer-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product descriptions and core product content across marketing materials and channels.
• Advance product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate products.
• Lead execution of go-to-market plans for new products and portfolio initiatives.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities and training materials for market introduction.
• Monitor launch performance and opportunities for improvement with Product Management.
