The Product Marketing Specialist serves as the commercial bridge between Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Ecommerce to ensure products are successfully positioned, launched, and adopted in the marketplace. This role is responsible for translating product strategies into compelling customer value propositions, developing go-to-market plans, creating sales enablement tools, and monitoring product performance after launch.
This position will primarily support the Tranquility incontinence portfolio (approximately 95%) while providing limited support for the Pillow Paws footwear business (approximately 5%). The role plays a critical part in improving product commercialization, accelerating market adoption, and ensuring customer and market insights are incorporated into future product decisions.
