Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Product Marketing Senior Manager for the Laundry Product team. This role focuses on developing and executing category insights, product plans, strategic projects, and marketing plans for Whirlpool’s brand portfolio and five-year roadmap.

It requires close collaboration with consumer insights, brand marketing, and cross-functional teams worldwide to drive product launches and market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, product management, or a similar discipline.
• Experience in a fast-paced, complex matrixed environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term product planning and launch excellence by understanding consumer needs and shopping behaviours.
• Harness insights, shopper insights, purchase drivers, and research to guide product/feature trade-off decisions for brand positioning.
• Upgrade the market messaging for current production models to improve market performance.
• Work with finance to develop and present business cases including pro forma financials and capital requirements.
• Act as the global marketing lead for advanced development project teams across regions.
• Use data and forecasting to drive strategy and decisions.
• Advance projects from Advanced Development to Production Readiness.
