Job summary

The Product Marketing Senior Manager will develop and execute Category Insights, Product Plans, Strategic Projects, and marketing plans for Whirlpool Corporation’s brand portfolio. You will collaborate with consumer insights, brand marketing, merchandising, planning, and global teams to deliver the five-year product roadmap and support new product launches.

You will lead cross-functional teams, assess competitive trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing and sales strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years experience in marketing, brand management, product management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term product planning strategies and launch excellence.
• Harness consumer and shopper insights to guide tradeoff decisions.
• Upgrade the product market message for current production models.
• Develop and present project business cases with financials.
• Coordinate voice of the customer across regions on advanced development.
