Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to lead decisions focused on profitability and growth in the laundry category.
- Drive standardization, efficiencies and automation in commercial finance reporting.
- Enhance reporting to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Develop Long Range Plans and annual targets aligned with value creation goals.
- Coordinate data-driven forecast adjustments with Category teams.
- Collaborate with North America and global peers to share best practices.
- Communicate financial results and insights to senior leaders.
