Job summary

1Kosmos is seeking a seasoned B2B product marketing leader to translate complex identity verification tech into buyer-focused narratives. You will craft positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for enterprise customers.

You will own the demo experience, support complex sales cycles, and collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to drive launches and customer storytelling from Edison, New Jersey HQ with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B product marketing, startup or high-growth experience preferred.
• Technical fluency in identity, IAM, cybersecurity, fraud/risk, or related market.
• Track record building positioning and messaging from scratch.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with security/procurement considerations.
• Exceptional writing that translates dense tech into CIS0-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Translate product into narrative; define positioning for roadmaps.
• Own the demo experience with product, marketing, and sales engineering.
• Represent buyer needs in roadmap and prioritization discussions.
• Lead launch GTM: naming, assets, enablement, post-launch feedback.
• Build field toolkit: battlecards, ROI materials, solution briefs.
• Track competitive intelligence and translate to seller guidance.
• Create customer proof: case studies and references with CS.
• Ground campaigns in product with marketing and sales for priority markets.
