Job summary

1Kosmos seeks a Product Marketing Manager to bridge Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Analyst Relations, and Demand Gen. You’ll convert complex identity tech into buyer-ready stories, and build reusable field assets across categories like identity verification and continuous trust.

You will own positioning, ICPs, and proof points, and lead enablement for major launches with measurable impact on deal velocity and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B product/Field marketing or product marketing in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Ability to translate complex identity/security tech into buyer-ready value propositions.
• Proven enablement and collateral development for sales teams in enterprise deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with editorial rigor.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging architecture from company to product to use case and persona.
• Lead positioning for identity verification, workforce identity, passwordless auth, and related areas.
• Create field-ready assets: decks, briefs, battlecards, ROI libraries and one-pagers.
• Enable launches and new narratives with live sessions, modules, and checks.
• Capture customer evidence and build repeatable case studies and references.
