Ten-X, part of CoStar Group, is seeking a strategic Manager to shape and execute the marketing vision for our commercial real estate marketplace. The Irvine, CA office will see you guiding campaigns, content, ABM, and funnel analysis while leading a capable team and collaborating with Sales and other leaders.

You will own the marketing strategy, manage budgets and external partners, translate performance into executive insights, and drive growth through data-informed decisions and hands-on

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leading teams.
• Demonstrated success as a player-coach who can set strategy and execute campaigns, content, or analysis.
• Strong executive communication, influence, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors, and shared-service relationships.
• Practical AI fluency in your own working process.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Ten-X marketing strategy and go-to-market plan in support of business growth
• Own the marketing budget and allocate resources across centralized CoStar shared services and external partners
• Translate marketing performance into clear business insights and executive-level reporting
• Partner with Sales leadership to align priorities, messaging, campaigns, and the end-to-end customer journey
• Lead seller marketing and account-based marketing strategies for institutional sellers, applying insights provided by BI and CoStar Analytics
• Remain actively involved in execution, including campaign development, content creation, messaging, and funnel analysis
• Coordinate with CoStar shared services, including search marketing, design, analytics, and brand—and manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality work
• Use AI tools in your own workflow — for campaign development, content creation, and funnel analysis — to increase the speed and quality of marketing output and share effective practices with the team
