The position collaborates with product and sales teams to understand market needs, define positioning, and deliver compelling marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth. They champion the customer, showcasing the value of Teneo's portfolio and providing valuable insights that empower everyone from product to sales teams.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (enterprise SaaS preferred!) Your key responsibilities will include building product messaging and strategy, as well as sales enablement content!

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (enterprise SaaS preferred)
• Experience with ABM strategy and platforms
• Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot
• Knowledge of CCaaS, UCaaS, or Call Center technology markets
• Knowledge of NLP, NLU, or other machine-learning technology

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product and tech teams on pricing and positioning
• Proactively communicate the product vision and roadmap
• Interview customers for case studies
• Implement key information and market intel to mold the product, messaging, and GTM strategy.
• Competitive research and analysis
• Buyer's journey
• Support campaigns with campaign messaging
• Engage with customers to develop market & customer insights, in collaboration with the Business Value Analyst
• Conduct win/loss interviews
• Proactively identify gaps in sales content and knowledge and validate with sales leadership
• Develop sales enabling content including presentations, one pagers, and case studies
