Job summary

Avocor is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, messaging, GTM planning, and sales enablement for our portfolio of interactive and digital signage displays. You will work with product management, sales, and regional teams to drive successful launches and market differentiation.

You will develop value propositions, buyer personas, and compelling collateral while coordinating global launches and channel programs to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years in progressive product marketing with launches.
• Experience in AV, enterprise collaboration, or display markets is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate technical content into customer value propositions.
• Proven track record in messaging, sales enablement, and market content.
• Experience coordinating with channel partners and dispersed sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product marketing strategy including positioning and messaging.
• Develop value propositions, buyer personas, use cases, and vertical messaging.
• Lead global product launches with cross-functional teams and training.
• Create core messaging, launch framework, and sales materials.
• Maintain collateral, datasheets, case studies, FAQs, and website content.
• Develop sales enablement tools and competitive battlecards.
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing for partner programs and launches.
• Support regional campaigns to reflect approved product positioning.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive strategy.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities and risks for differentiation.
• Analyze revenue, pipeline, and product performance for action.
• Contribute to pricing, packaging, and portfolio decisions with leadership.
• Track launch readiness, adoption, and revenue outcomes.
