Job summary

Eon is redefining cloud data protection and seeks a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and GTM for enterprise backup products. You will work with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate technical differentiation into compelling customer value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B product marketing experience in cloud infrastructure, data protection, or AI infrastructure.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer-facing stories.
• Experience with launches, pricing, and GTM programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Eon's products across launches, campaigns, messaging, and enablement.
• Own product positioning and messaging for cloud, data protection, and AI-ready data.
• Translate complex tech into differentiated customer value and compelling stories for audiences.
• Conduct customer/market research on needs, competition, trends, and technologies.
• Create sales enablement assets and competitive guidance with Sales and Solutions teams.
• Develop marketing content across websites, blogs, reports, videos, and presentations.
• Partner on campaigns and integrated GTM initiatives to drive awareness and pipeline.
• Monitor performance and optimize positioning and messaging using data and feedback.
• Leverage AI-native tools for research, content development, and productivity.
