Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation in Milwaukee, WI seeks an experienced Product Marketing Manager for the Automation and Controls portfolio. You will lead marketing strategy, insights, and planning across multiple product lines to drive profitable growth and successful product launches.

You will partner with product management, sales, and marketing to develop messaging, pricing, and demand generation programs while ensuring customer value and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar required.
• 8+ years related experience in product marketing, product management or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• B2B product marketing experience across the complete lifecycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all product marketing efforts for the Automation and Controls portfolio.
• Create multi-year marketing strategy and plan across product lines.
• Identify opportunities for profitable growth and price realization.
• Collaborate with distribution and product management to define commercial strategy.
• Develop annual and multi-year marketing plans supporting launches and lifecycle.
