Lead global portfolio end-to-end, from market insight to commercialization, collaborating with engineering, operations, sales, service, marketing and IT to deliver high-impact, energy-efficient solutions.

The role guides portfolio investments and aligns with Business Unit objectives and regional market needs, driving profitability

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive product management experience, including portfolio leadership.
• Experience in HVAC, industrial equipment, building systems, or related technical products preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead market insight and strategy for HVAC environmental control solutions.
• Own HVAC portfolio strategy with value, financials, and feasibility.
• Develop a 3+ year product roadmap aligned to growth and innovation.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization across regions and platforms.
• Drive lifecycle decisions including enhancements and end-of-life planning.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and IT to execute the roadmap.
