Job summary

Rite-Hite, a global leader in loading dock and door equipment, seeks a Director of Product Management for HVAC Solutions. You will own the HVAC portfolio end-to-end, shaping strategy from market insights to commercialization and lifecycle optimization.

Collaborating with engineering, operations, sales, service, marketing and IT, you will drive energy efficiency and customer value across regions, while influencing portfolio investments and Go-to-Market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive product management experience, including portfolio leadership.
• Experience in HVAC, industrial equipment, building systems, or related technical products strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing products through the full lifecycle.
• M&A experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead market insight and strategy to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities in HVAC and environmental control solutions.
• Define competitive positioning and differentiation strategies to expand market share.
• Own HVAC portfolio strategy and prioritize initiatives with data-driven analysis.
• Develop and maintain a 3+ year product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, operations, sales, service, marketing and IT.
• Drive lifecycle decisions, pricing strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
