Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar required.
• 8+ years related experience in product marketing, product management or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• B2B product marketing experience across the complete lifecycle and substantial experience partnering with New Product Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual customer insight plan with cross-functional teams to discover unmet needs and inform pricing decisions.
• Develop the marketing strategy for the Automation and Controls portfolio to drive profitable growth.
• Collaborate with product management to align roadmaps and launches with marketing priorities.
• Coordinate creation of assets, training, and sales enablement tools while tracking ROI.
• Define commercial strategy including target segments and channels.
