Rite-Hite, a global leader in loading dock and door equipment, seeks a Product Marketing Manager for the Automation and Controls portfolio. You’ll drive market insights, multi-year marketing strategy, and profitable growth through new launches and loyalty initiatives.

You’ll partner with product management to shape roadmaps, pricing insights, and demand generation across channels while supporting marketing assets and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar required.
• 8+ years related experience in product marketing, product management or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all product marketing efforts for the Automation and Controls portfolio.
• Develop winning product roadmaps with product management.
• Drive profitable growth with new product launches and customer loyalty.
• Create annual customer insight plans and lead advisory boards.
• Collaborate on commercial strategy with distribution and business development.
