Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Product Manager for Workplace Retirement Products to advance the retirement strategy, manage partner relationships, and develop resources that empower branch teams and advisers to better serve plan sponsors and participants.

You will collaborate across Practice Management, Training, and other internal groups to deliver content and learning experiences, monitor regulatory developments, and drive growth in workplace retirement services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, economics, or related field.
• Series 7, 66, and life/health license required within 12 months of hire.
• Progress toward an advanced degree or relevant industry designation(s) preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant financial services experience, with insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Workplace Retirement Products strategy to ensure access to high-quality retirement plan solutions and resources.
• Manage strategic relationships with recordkeepers, TPAs, custodians, and other providers.
• Serve as SME on workplace retirement plans and related design, administration, fiduciary considerations, and trends.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop content and learning experiences for advisers and branch teams.
• Collaborate on design and execution of integrated platforms, systems, tools, and processes.
