Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Advanced Degree(s) or Certification(s) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Analytics preferred.
• SIE and Series 66 required within 120 days; Series 7 within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and division decision making efforts with strategy engagements and stakeholder partnerships across the firm.
• Lead the creation of Products related to strategic plans over multiple time horizons.
• Lead analysis based on competitor developments and industry announcements to prepare recommendations for senior leaders.
• Formulate enterprise strategic objectives across Products for multiple time horizons, integrating internal and external insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on solutions to issues at team, division, and enterprise levels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to address key business questions and needs.
• Operate autonomously with strong thought leadership and collaboration with peers and senior leaders.
