The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, profitability, and lifecycle management of assigned water treatment and water technology product lines. This role will drive product strategy, roadmap development, market expansion, pricing, profitability, customer engagement, and cross-functional execution to ensure sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, customer-focused leader with exceptional communication and collaboration skills. This individual will work closely with customers, sales teams, engineering, operations, service, suppliers, and business leadership to develop innovative solutions that address water treatment challenges while creating value for customers and Chart Water.
The successful Product Manager must possess strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic planning and day-to-day operational requirements.
Develop growth strategies for municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water treatment markets.
Support customers in addressing regulatory compliance requirements related to drinking water quality, wastewater discharge, environmental regulations, and water reuse standards.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.Sitting, standing, walking, bending, and other activities associated with an office and manufacturing environment.Occasional visits to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and industry events.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Water Resources, or a related field required.MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Preferred Industry Background: Water Treatment, Industrial Water Systems, Filtration & Separation, Water Reuse, Desalination, Municipal Water Infrastructure, Environmental Technologies, Process Equipment, or Sustainability Solutions.
