Job Description: Product Manager - Warehouse

Location: Mt. Sterling, IL or Chesterfield, MO

Department: Warehouse

Reports To: Vice President of Warehouse

Salary Range: $99,034 – $148,552 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As a Product Manager for Warehouse, you will manage, plan, and coordinate the development of new products, enhancements of existing products, and technical solutions based on short-term and long-term needs across warehouses companywide. You will work to execute new product features to meet the evolving needs and requirements of users and Dot Foods. As technology evolves, you will seek innovative opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Develop a clear and compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals, and communicate it to all stakeholders.
  • Determine the vision, roadmaps, and timelines for new products and enhancements, considering priorities, customer needs, financial constraints, staffing, and resource availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to conceive, define, test, deliver, monitor, refine, and withdraw digital products to maximize business results.
  • Coordinate with designers and product owners to define and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Plan and communicate product improvements and implementation strategies to stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Lead projects efficiently, applying lean methodologies.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience at Dot Foods.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Proven success working across departments and organizational levels.
  • Experience managing and negotiating with vendors.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
  • Experience supporting warehouse operations or related environments.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning applications.
  • Experience prioritizing and managing resources effectively.
  • Experience in strategic, long-term planning.
ROLE SPECIFICS
  • Schedule: Work from home up to 2 days per week.
  • Travel: 3-5 nights per month for off-site meetings and industry events. Ability to travel independently via various transportation modes.
