Warehouse Manager - Nights - $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Join Uline as a Warehouse Manager - Nights and receive a $5,000 year-end bonus. We are expanding our operations to Ohio and seeking a dedicated Night Shift Warehouse Manager to oversee our new, 1 million-square-foot Columbus warehouse, stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial, and packaging products.

Location: 8320 Global Way SW, Etna, OH 43062

Compensation: Pay from $124,000 to $180,000 per year

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM

Position Responsibilities

1. Oversee inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, transfers, and restocking.
2. Lead and develop a team of 200+ warehouse employees to ensure excellent customer service and same-day shipping.
3. Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in daily warehouse activities.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume distribution center (100,000+ sq ft), including hiring, training, and motivating teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset.
• Availability to travel to Uline’s North American locations.
