The Product Consultant of Data, Analytics, and AI contributes to the development of product strategy, vision, and roadmaps aligned with the architecture and technology direction of the business unit, consistent with enterprise priorities, as agreed with product-line management.

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Product Management Consultant to lead and transform our data and analytics strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, AI technology, and business transformation, focusing on enabling insights and innovation through a unified data approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish a Modernized Data Strategy: Develop and implement a scalable, high-quality data strategy that continuously enhances business value.
  2. Balanced Data Governance: Create a balanced approach to data strategy that protects and governs enterprise data while enabling insights and innovation.
  3. Unification of Data Systems: Participate in unifying data systems and cultures, fostering collaboration and ensuring data is a strategic asset.
  4. Leadership Across People, Processes, and Platforms: Lead data strategy initiatives across stakeholders, align business needs, and promote a culture of responsible data governance.
  5. Promote Strong Data Governance: Work with technology teams to promote data governance frameworks, efficient workflows, and continuous improvement.
  6. Tech Stack Integration: Support tech stack integration and data integration for future acquisitions.
  7. Strategy Development and Change Management: Lead strategy development and oversee change management activities for successful business transformation.
  8. SaaS Products and AI Enhancements: Develop data strategies for SaaS product enablement and AI-driven enhancements.
  9. Product Strategy and Vision: Drive development and management of product strategy, vision, and roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities.
  10. Customer Research and Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct customer research and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and communicate product vision.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in operational, project management, or consulting roles within healthcare, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex projects and interfacing with executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to facilitate meetings and prepare advisory communications.
  • Experience in analyzing customer requirements and developing information systems solutions.
  • Knowledge of product management methodology, data strategy, and business transformation.
  • Strong project leadership, organization, and execution skills.
  • Knowledge of change control, risk management, project planning, and budgeting.
  • Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and work effectively in agile environments.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Some knowledge of clinical application systems is preferred.

Physical and Mental Requirements: The role operates in a typical office environment, requiring communication, concentration, and occasional travel. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
