Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work closely with developers, project managers and clients to translate business requirements into Sage Intacct–driven software solutions. You will drive customer adoption, design solutions, and align with client goals across multiple engagements.

The role requires 5+ years with Sage Intacct or ERP/finance SaaS, strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years’ experience in Sage Intacct or ERP/financial SaaS.
• Experience communicating with customers and technical staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Programming/coding experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and map to solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and features.
• Define roll-outs of integrations with Sage Intacct.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Train customers and support transition to services.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and CS.
• Communicate clearly and deliver high-quality service.
