Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers, and clients to translate functional requirements into software solutions with high customer adoption. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• Five (5)+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills to translate requirements into solutions.
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) is preferred.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving.
• Leadership, project management and organizational abilities; proficient with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions for high customer satisfaction.
• Gathering requirements with client stakeholders; define requirements and design solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct; stay current with product features and enhancements.
• Define and support rollouts of solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct.
• Develop and communicate project plans; support on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Conduct training for customer end-users and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and best practices.
• Respond to customer technical support issues related to implementations.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Marketing to coordinate execution.
• Deliver concise communications and align with customer goals and requests.
