Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to collaborate with developers, project managers and clients to translate complex business requirements into Sage Intacct-based software solutions that drive customer adoption. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and lead projects across the full software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science required.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues, modifications, and deployments is desired.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) is advantageous for data mapping and migrations.
• Demonstrated time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration and problem solving.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative and adaptability.
• Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer adoption.
• Gathering requirements with client stakeholders and translating them into actionable designs.
• Maintaining deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and its modules and staying current with new features.
• Defining rollout plans for solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct based on business processes and best practices.
• Developing project plans and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Training customer end-users and relating system functionality to business needs.
• Documenting customer requirements into software solutions and business processes."
• Responding to customer technical support issues during system implementation.
• Collaborating with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate execution.
• Providing clear, concise communications and leadership to align with customer goals.
