Qualified candidates bring 5+ years of consulting or ERP implementation experience, strong customer communication, and proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years of consulting and Sage Intacct implementation experience.
• Experience translating customer requirements into software solutions.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and support of software solutions with customers and developers.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and coordinate with the dev team.
• Define project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide customer training and support transition to services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
