Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Product Manager for Store Systems in Irving, TX. This contract role focuses on building and delivering software solutions that empower stores, franchisees, and field operations to operate more effectively.

You’ll own the ShiftSmart integration and support other capabilities across the Store Systems ecosystem, partnering with store leaders, UX, engineering, and vendors to ensure reliable, scalable, and user-friendly tools that meet real-world needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail, field operations, franchise environments, store systems, or workforce-management integrations.
• Experience working with external vendors and coordinating integration delivery across multiple organizations.
• Exposure to reporting tools, dashboards, operational analytics, or integration monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product strategy for ShiftSmart integration and Store Systems tools.
• Translate store, field operations, franchisee, and business needs into a clear product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Lead integration requirements, data exchange, dependencies, and success measures.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, testing, pilot readiness, rollout planning, and adoption for new ShiftSmart capabilities.
• Define KPIs related to adoption, integration reliability, workflow efficiency, and store outcomes.
