KellyMitchell Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Store Systems for a 6-month contract in Irving, TX. The role focuses on store-system integrations, workflow solutions, and enterprise platforms, translating store needs into a clear product vision.

You will own product strategy for store systems, manage requirements and backlogs, collaborate with engineering, data, security, and vendors, and drive adoption of new integrations and operational improvements.

  • Build and enhance capabilities that support store teams in managing daily operations, including item and pricing workflows, inventory, ordering, promotions, store configuration, and operational information.
  • Improve workflow efficiency by reducing manual effort, fragmentation, and redundant processes across store systems and connected platforms.
  • Partner with store, field, and business stakeholders to understand operational pain points and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Drive integration across store systems, POS, enterprise systems, and external vendor platforms to create a seamless operational experience.
  • Optimize user experience for store, field, mobile, and desktop workflows.
  • Evaluate opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve operational processes through better system connectivity and data availability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact across Store Systems, operations, product, technology, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment across diverse teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Clearly articulate product decisions, roadmap updates, integration status, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Write and refine user stories, manage backlog grooming, and participate in sprint planning and execution.
  • Work closely with engineering, architecture, design, QA, vendors, and business partners to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Lead testing, pilot validation, rollout, operational readiness, and adoption efforts for new features, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Define and track KPIs related to adoption, integration reliability, workflow efficiency, operational impact, and store or field outcomes.
  • Leverage data, system performance information, and user feedback to continuously refine workflows and product experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve operational processes based on performance insights.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Store Systems to join their team. The primary focus is on store-system integrations, workflow solutions, enterprise platforms, operational execution, and digital solutions. This is a contract opportunity for a product management professional who can define and deliver integrated store workflows, improve operational execution, and enable clear, actionable information across store and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with product management, integrations, APIs, data exchanges, workflow systems, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management, while being comfortable translating complex store, integration, and operational challenges into scalable product solutions.

Contract Details
  • Contract type and duration: Contract, approximately 6 months
  • Contract dates: 10/16/2026 – 04/16/2027
  • Work location: Irving, TX – Onsite
  • Onsite, hybrid or remote expectations: Onsite – 5 days per week
Core Responsibilities

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise tools, operations platforms, integrations, workflow systems, or retail technology
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business, technical, vendor, and field teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, dependencies, and tradeoffs
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint execution
  • Experience defining or delivering integrations, APIs, data exchanges, or connected workflows
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and prioritize work
  • Ability to translate complex store, integration, and operational requirements into scalable product solutions
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field
  • Experience supporting retail, field operations, franchise environments, store systems, or workforce-management integrations

Work Environment

Location: Irving, TX Onsite, Hybrid or Remote: Onsite Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Onsite requirement: 5 days per week Collaboration with product, engineering, architecture, technology, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $50.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
