Job summary

KellyMitchell Group seeks an experienced Product Manager – Store Systems to lead mobile device hardware/software support, store operations workflows, and device integrations. The role drives the product strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable mobile solutions for store and field operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise tools, mobile apps, or retail tech.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for translating complex concepts.
• Experience in Agile environments with backlog management and sprint execution.
• Experience defining/delivering mobile apps, device integrations, or connected workflows.
• Analytical mindset using data/telemetry to drive prioritization and decisions.
• Experience with mobile device management, handheld scanners, or workflow management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product strategy for mobile device hardware/software and Store Systems tools.
• Define requirements for handheld scanners, tablets, accessories, and related experiences.
• Manage product lifecycle from hardware requirements to deployment and retirement.
• Ensure apps are available and reliable across supported device forms and OS versions.
• Partner with engineering and vendors on device capabilities and testing.
• Define and improve device management workflows and fleet support.
• Translate stakeholder needs into product vision, roadmaps, and scalable mobile solutions.
