Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of product management experience in enterprise tools, mobile applications, or retail technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Agile backlog management and sprint execution beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product strategy for 7BOSS mobile device hardware and software support.
• Translate store, field operations, and business needs into a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Define device onboarding, provisioning, updates, and support workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, hardware vendors, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable mobile solutions.
• Drive device availability, scanning capabilities, and user experience across devices and apps.
