Qualifications

• 10–15 years proven experience leading technical design and architecture for complex, greenfield products.
• Strong experience with modern application architectures (cloud-native, APIs, SaaS, AI/ML).
• Demonstrated ability to estimate complex, multi-layered projects and navigate new tech environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex systems for non-technical audiences.
• Intellectual curiosity and creativity with ability to communicate topics to senior stakeholders.
• Comfort working in cross-functional environments with concept owners, designers, researchers, and engineers.
• Experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Background in financial modeling for technology investments or product unit economics.
• Industry experience in digital product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a strong engineering point of view during early-stage product design and iteration.
• Sync internal and external participants to align technical direction.
• Guide multiple concept teams through ambiguity and execution strategy.
• Translate technical implications into clear architecture strategies.
• Lead structured feasibility assessments to uncover risks and dependencies.
• Explain technical choices clearly to non-technical peers and senior leaders.
• Develop financial models for technical aspects of a product’s business plan and unit economics.
• Partner with groups to assess state of technical capabilities and determine differentiators.
• Collaborate with BBH enterprise architecture to align with IT and security standards.
• Oversee prototypes, technical interfaces, and lightweight implementations for concept validation.
• Guide external development partners to BBH innovation standards.
