Job summary

BAL is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and create industry-changing products in a fast-paced environment. You will drive new product development with internal teams, deliver high-impact features, and ensure quality outcomes under tight deadlines.

The role requires strong data analytics, stakeholder communication, and hands-on leadership to guide MVPs from concept to rollout, while mentoring the product team and aligning with client needs.

Qualifications

• > Ability to learn and use product management software (Rally, JIRA, etc.).
• > Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• > Knowledge of Agile SCRUM and Lean methodologies.
• > Ability to analyze data with web analytics tools (Heap, GA, Omniture, Mixpanel).
• > Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (Balsamiq, Sketch, InVision).
• > Experience with qualitative/quantitative research methods (pivot tables, surveys, focus groups).
• > Ability to work independently and in a team.
• > Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• > Execute discovery phase of SDLC by exploring business problems and feature needs.
• < Lean methodology to define problems, test hypotheses, and iterate MVP features.
• < Lead Lean Canvas evaluation and communicate business value and ROI.
• < Coach team on SDLC, Lean and Agile processes; identify process improvements.
• < Use data/web analytics to inform feature requirements and measure adoption.
• < Collaborate with UI/UX on wireframes and personas.
• < Lead ROI discussions with stakeholders for roadmap.
• < Provide competitive market analysis for proposals.
• < Prioritize backlog and manage sprint planning and releases.
• < Oversee agile ceremonies and ensure quality and deadlines.
• < Collaborate with stakeholders and demo features to business.
