Job summary

Perplexity AI is seeking a high-velocity Product Manager to own the SMB design partner program from end to end, partnering with design and engineering to test real workflows and demonstrate revenue impact. You will recruit and onboard partners, define engagement metrics, and design market-ready skill packs.

You will translate partner feedback into a prioritized roadmap, collaborate with connectors and capabilities teams, and drive case studies with product, growth marketing, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable running a working relationship with a founder or head of marketing.
• 2 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or a comparable high-intensity analytical role.
• 2–4 years of total work experience with a strong academic record.
• Experience running or working closely with real marketing workflows: paid social, lifecycle, CRO, or SEO.
• Comfortable with writing prompts and building end-to-end automation systems.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, or similar operator tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the SMB design partner program end to end and validate real workflows to prove revenue impact.
• Recruit and onboard design partners; define partner profiles and metrics for engagements.
• Build and iterate on first-party skill packs to meet operator value benchmarks.
• Turn partner feedback into a prioritized roadmap for skills and connectors.
• Drive case studies with product, partnerships, and growth marketing; measure results and package for channels.
• Drive adoption through onboarding, lifecycle, and in-product recommendations.
