Job summary

Pret US is seeking a senior product leader to own the vision and rollout for the Shop Tools ecosystem, including forecasting and recipe management platforms. You will define priorities to boost shop efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the team member experience across a growing US footprint.

Collaborating with Operations, IT, and Finance, you will translate complex needs into scalable digital solutions, measure performance, and drive tool adoption with strong change-management skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in product management, operations, or related roles.
• Experience building and scaling internal tools or operational systems.
• Experience in fast-paced, operationally complex environments with both physical and digital components.
• Demonstrated success delivering products that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and rollout for Pret’s Shop Tools ecosystem.
• Define and prioritize product initiatives to improve shop efficiency and reduce waste.
• Translate operational needs into scalable, intuitive digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and Finance to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive adoption through rollout strategies, training, and change management.
