Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the SHOP product line within the HP Store, driving end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmaps. You will lead cross-functional teams across UX, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales to deliver outcomes that improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.

The role is a senior individual contributor position with global scope, partnering with multiple pods to align objectives and drive business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, customer-facing digital products.
• Proven experience leading large product areas or product lines that span multiple teams or pods.
• Strong background in ecommerce, marketplaces, or content-driven platforms, with demonstrated impact on conversion or engagement metrics.
• Experience defining and using product metrics, OKRs, and experimentation to guide prioritization and decisions.
• Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SHOP product line, ensuring alignment with HP Store and broader business priorities.
• Translate company and Store-level objectives into clear, outcome-driven product strategies and initiatives across multiple pods.
• Define and maintain product line success metrics and OKRs, with a focus on discoverability, engagement, and conversion through the top of the funnel.
• Lead cross-pod prioritization and decision-making, balancing customer experience quality, commercial performance, and platform scalability.
• Partner closely with UX, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales to shape solutions, manage tradeoffs, and deliver results.
• Use data, experimentation, customer insights, and qualitative feedback to inform roadmap decisions and measure impact.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for SHOP product line outcomes, while enabling autonomy and velocity at the pod level.
• Collaborate with adjacent product line leads to ensure cohesive, end-to-end customer journeys across the Store.
• Communicate product direction, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders through regular product line reviews and executive updates.
