Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking a Product Manager to own the Semi‑Hermetic compression platform, guiding it from concept through obsolescence. You will translate market needs into profitable growth and ensure data accuracy across the lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, operations and sales to drive value.

Hybrid role based in Sidney, OH with in‑office days to support cross‑functional delivery, pricing input, and sales enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in product management, project management, marketing, sales, or engineering.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and effectively communicate to customers and executives.
• Entrepreneurial and autonomous mindset with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 5‑year product roadmaps, managing lifecycle from development to obsolescence.
• Set product priorities for new developments and manage product P&L to optimize margins.
• Create comprehensive business cases outlining expected returns.
• Define product positioning and ensure designs meet customer use cases.
• Own product data integrity and maintain lifecycle information.
• Gather and analyze Voice of Customer insights to inform features and functionality.
• Translate market and customer insights into clear product requirements and technical direction.
• Balance growth, cost, and profitability through disciplined portfolio management.
