Job summary

Sensience, a global manufacturer of sensing, control and sealing components, seeks a Product Manager for global hermetic feedthroughs. You will own the portfolio, shape roadmaps and pricing, and drive margin expansion across HVAC, industrial, aerospace and defense sectors.

Lead NPI efforts, translate customer needs into strategy, collaborate with Engineering and Operations to optimize lifecycle and costs, and enable sales with strong application positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant product management experience in Industrial, HVAC, sensing, or technology markets.
• Experience managing products across full lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life.
• Strong business acumen with pricing, margin analysis and profitability improvement.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product strategies and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the global hermetic feedthrough portfolio.
• Develop and execute global product roadmaps.
• Define and lead value-based product positioning.
• Drive pricing strategy and margin expansion.
• Lead new product introductions (NPI).
• Translate voice of customer into product strategy.
• Collaborate with Engineering on design and materials.
• Partner with Operations on manufacturability and cost.
• Optimize product lifecycle and SKU portfolio.
• Support sales enablement and application positioning.
• Deliver executive updates and identify growth opportunities.
