Job summary

Hypori, Inc. is a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company transforming secure mobility and enterprise app access with zero endpoint data.

We are expanding in new markets and seek a Product Manager to drive strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery from planning through launch and optimization. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working with Security, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Governance to deliver secure, scalable products globally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management or related role.
• Hold or willing to obtain BPSS clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Experience with cloud-scale enterprise software deployed globally on AWS.
• Experience driving product lifecycle elements (vision, go-to-market, requirements, launch).
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs with Figma or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Customer-first approach balancing business and customer needs.
• Experience in competitive research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Inform and drive product strategy from customer, market, and business needs.
• Develop and maintain understanding of industry and technology trends.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Governance, Customer Success, and Leadership to define requirements.
• Manage the roadmap and ensure alignment with goals and customer needs.
• Deliver a financially sound, continuously improving technology platform.
• Protect IP, user data, and system integrity by following secure development practices.
• Lead discovery sessions to align customer needs with the roadmap.
• Support leadership with product management plans and launch plans.
• Monitor release schedules for feature availability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and resolve problems.
• Balance requirements with development resources to set schedules.
• Support content development for customers, support, and sales.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to drive client success, retention, growth.
• Possible ad-hoc travel within the UK and overseas.
