Job summary

Motive, a market-leading safety and operations platform, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Security and Data. You will shape strategy, drive the roadmap, and lead cross-functional execution to strengthen product security, data quality, and customer trust.

This role requires strong judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to align engineering, design, data, security, and go-to-market stakeholders on high-leverage initiatives. Hybrid role based in SF.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including leadership on technical platforms.
• Experience in security, data, infrastructure, or governance domains.
• Ability to define strategy and execute across complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for security and data capabilities to improve resilience and trust.
• Identify high-impact opportunities across security, governance, access, and data usability.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, security, legal, and GTM teams to translate priorities.
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through delivery with tradeoffs.
• Align stakeholders, inform decisions, and measure outcomes to improve product performance.
